Current Pool Rules Issue

Dear Residents of Weston Hills HOA,

We are having lots of owners bringing in guests to the pool however due to COVID-19 still lingering around, the Weston Hills HOA pool is ONLY for listed residents with a Photo ID, your address must be listed on the Photo ID. These hours and restrictions were advised by the community attorney, insurance company, and the CDC guidelines. Please DO NOT bring your guests to the pool.

Thank you,

Premier Association Management of Central Florida, Inc.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of

Weston Hills Homeowners Association, Inc.

  1. Tried to go myself yesterday at 4pm but it was locked… Why do we even have a pool if we can’t even use it? Hours of operation?

  2. And for those of us that are essential employees that work Mon-Friday we get get no use of the pool! Thanks for your appreciation meanwhile water parks are open lol

    • Irene is speaking with the security company today to see about shifting the closed days so the pool is open one or both weekend days and closed certain weekdays. There are days when very few people show up at the pool – even days where no one shows up at all – so attendance to our pool does not warrant opening 7 days a week. As for the water parks, they have staff to clean and disinfect beach chairs and the areas guests use. We have one security guard hired to manage the pool access. The community does not have it in their budget to hire a cleaning attendant to be there during operating hours. We also do not have a team of volunteers coming forward to do that work, as well, so the community is working within the strict rules put forward by our management and insurance companies and the budget set aside for the community.
