Please accept our apologies for the errors and confusion with billing and invoicing. I have confirmed with our accounting department that coupons were sent to each owner last week. Hopefully they will arrive this week.
Meanwhile, please continue to make your payments to the association quarterly, so that late fees will not be assessed.
All Late fees for this month will be waived as a COURTESY for the confusion. See below about how you can make payments and where to send payments.

Our monthly HOA meeting will resume tomorrow, Thursday, 6:30 PM at the club house. It will be held out in the porte cochere where people can sit at least 6 feet away from others, and attendees must wear a mask.
Because of the holiday on Monday, Trash & Recycling will be Friday morning, and yard waste will be Saturday. If you have called Waste Management and scheduled any large items for pick-up, this will happen on Saturday, as well. Thank you.
Tomorrow, Tuesday May 26th, we are having a tree removed at the front gates on the exit side. Here is the statement from Premier Management & HOA Board:
Weston Community Members,
A tree will be removed at the front exit of our community on May 26, 2020. We will begin early in the morning. All access must be through the entrance side. We will have helpers to coordinate and assist with this process. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Volunteers will be out to help traffic coming in and out. Please drive carefully when approaching and leaving the community.
For those parents that have young kids and teenagers 17 years old and younger in the Four Corners area of Clermont. Program begins the week of 4/20/2020. Hands of Hope America, has partnered with Second Harvest Food bank to assist the Four Corners area. Below I will post a link and if you are interested in the Fresh Plate for Kids Programs, please fill out the application on the link, check off the box that says Hands of Hope America so that we can set you up for the program. We will pull your application and if there are any further questions, we will get in contact with you. This is only for the individuals in the Four Corners area of Clermont which has approximately 21 communities including apts.. Anyone in the Four Corners area can apply. Application can also be found at handsofhopeamerica.com.
During this time we are happy people are protecting themselves by social distancing and using face masks and gloves, but we ask that you please dispose of your used masks and gloves properly. We are finding them on the sidewalks, gutters, and in the streets.

Good morning All Weston Hills Owners,
The Weston Hills Board of Directors has made special arrangement for the Easter Bunny to Visit and provide treats for your little ones while adhering to the social distancing guidelines.
If you would like your child to participate, please put their Easter Basket out at the end of the driveway between 5 pm and 6 pm on Saturday April 11th. If the children want to watch, have them watch from inside your home. The Easter Bunny will come around and deliver candy to their baskets.
Participation is optional and up to the discretion of parents. We will know you are participating only because your basket will be at the end of the driveway. If their is no basket, a delivery will not be made.
