Our July HOA Board meeting is this Thursday, July 16th, at 6:30 PM in the club house porte cochere. Here is the meeting agenda:

Our monthly HOA meeting will resume tomorrow, Thursday, 6:30 PM at the club house. It will be held out in the porte cochere where people can sit at least 6 feet away from others, and attendees must wear a mask.
Due to the recent events with the coronavirus / Covid-19, the Board has decided to cancel this month’s HOA meeting and Community Yard Sale.
We will post when we are able to resume our meetings and a rescheduling of our Community Yard Sale.

Tonight we held the 2016 Annual Meeting for positions on the Board of Directors and a quorum was finally met after several years of us not meeting the required number of residents. This leaves Irene Martello, Jackie Risin, and Keon Evans in place on the Board. As well, the Board is happy with the job Premier Management and our representative, Sheila McCollum,have done for our community and thank them for all the work they have done for us.
The Budget Meeting will be held this coming Thursday, September 15, 2016. Attached is the letter sent out to all homeowners. We are sending this out to our E-Loop members hoping to reach more residents. The meeting’s agenda and the proposed 2017 budget are contained here. Click on the link below to download and view.
With the stepping down of one of our Board members, this leaves a position to be filled at our November meeting. If you are interested in serving on our Board, please submit a written request to Sentry by November, 18th. Interviews will be scheduled at the clubhouse.
Here is the agenda for the meeting coming up this Thursday. Please get your proxy submitted so we can reach the quorum we were unable to reach last month. Thank you.
The Board was unable to reach a quorum at our November meeting. We were short approximately 20 proxies. We continue to collect the proxies that were sent out. If you are unable to attend our next meeting (December 21st, 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse) please fill out your proxy and have another resident bring it to the meeting or mail it to Sentry headquarters. If anyone (including current members) is interested in serving on any one of our committees (ARC, Fining/Hearing, Budget, Nominating), please submit your written notice of interest to Debby. You can email DWEAGE@SENTRYMGT.com, fax to 352-243-4597, or mail to Sentry Mgt., 1645 E. Highway 50, Suite 201, Clermont, FL 34711. Please have them in by December 17th so the board can make committee appointments for the year at the December meeting (December 21st).
